At the core, is an advanced protein formula. At the core of As-One40 is an advanced, protein matrix. The primary ingredient being specially selected Whey Protein, extensively documented as a premium quality protein source for aiding muscle recovery with easy assimilation by the body.
Formulated with Pro-TRAAM (Protein Blend & Time Release Amino Acid Matrix, Containing; Milk Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine L-Valine, Egg Albumin) this formula along with the premium Whey Protein delivers a total of four protein sources, fortifi ed with added BCAA’s. A great overall shake , im actually looking to gain more than rip up , as i seem to rip easier than gain , found this made me get really lean but also my strength and gains went up , not on the scales but in mirror look bigger , GREAT ! will and have recommended to friends , looking to trim down but put on good quality muscle , good ingredients , and can see the creatine etc in the mix as it glistens !
I have been using for 2 weeks now and already seen increase in strength and had considerable gains. Bought the Choc Chip Cookie...WOW, flavour is unreal even with water and mixes very well in a blender bottle. This product is is a great all-in-one and excellent value for money, will definitely be buying again.
Been using this for 3 weeks now and have noticed gains in muscle and strength that I haven't had with Maximuscle Cyclone which I used for 3 months. Mixes well. I had Banana (which is a little bit sweet) but actually tastes good even mixed with just water.
I've tried myprotein, decent cheap products with average gains, tried maximuscle - way too expensive.
This stuff is good. no doubt about it.
Taste is higher than average all in ones.
Cheaper than getting the ingredients from separate sources and making yourself.

Why are more people not buying it?
This has to be the BEST ALL IN ONE on the market, Ive tried them all and this is great for my recovery and lean muscle gain.Great taste, i love strawberry.Ive tried so much over the years, But this has impressed me. Awesome.
When should this protein be taken as it does not state? should i take 1 an hour before my workout and 1 straight after?
Yes one prior to and post training is perfect and any time on non training days.
would you say this is better than synergy for someone aged 18 as it has more creatine per serving as well as leucine? but synergy has the testo booster as well?
These products are very similar, so it is tough to say. As you've noted one may have a bit more leucine and creatine and the other has the testo-booster. Synergy is our best selling All-in-One so people obviously like it but that doesn't necessarily make it better for your needs - it's your call...

This and Synergy Iso-7 are the best value, low-carb, high-protein all-in-one products. Anabolic is better for faster, more dramatic gains in muscle and size but may result in more fat gain in some users, as it is much higher in carbs (it's more of an all-in-one weight gainer, especially good for hard-gainers and young guys with fast metabolisms).
