Research supports the use of BCAAs before training (and after) more so than the use of glutamine, although glutamine is excellent for hydration, glycogen replenishment, etc.
Hi. I wish to stack BCAAs & L Glutamine. When would be the best time to take these? Also, i use Superpump250 for pre & Cytocell for post workout as well as a protein shake. Can i combine the BCAAs & Glutamine with these products? Many thanks.
Take the BCAAs & Glutamine with the SuperPump, as these are best used pre-workout. You can also take BCAAs post-workout to boost the essential amino acid content of your post workout shake + CytoCell but this depends upon your budget and how hard you train.
