The objective was simple; it had to deliver on protein. It would not become a compromised novelty bar, nor a bland or hard to eat ‘jaw breaker’. Garnell Nutrition believe the result is quite exceptional. A bar that provides a massive 40 grams of protein, derived from the finest protein sources: milk protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, just 1.6 grams of impact carbs and available in three beautiful flavours, all with a moist, fluffy texture.

Fantastic to get 40g of protein in a bar. They actually taste good too especially considering the fact there is hardly any sugar in them unlike many other bars out there. Perfect!
40g of protein, low in sugar, fat, with a lovely taste - perfect all round bar.
Strawberries & Cream flavour was beautiful, soft texture and packed with protein, excellent if your on the go or want a tasty snack without hardly any sugars in.
Right, these may not have the best taste. Very chewy, in fact, too chewy its nearly annoying. But the nutritional values are totally incredible, very high protein, low sugar, carbs and sat fat so top marks on that.

Would agree with other reviewer; they do leave a bit of a strange aftertaste (caramel) when eaten alone, but when you wash them down with a mug of tea or coffee you wont notice.
The bars are nice and soft, so not as much effort too eat as some.
That said, this means they don't travel as well, so stick them in a lunchbox or something and you'll be grand.
