Add 100gm (4 level scoops) to 560ml (1 Pint) of cold skimmed milk or cold water.
So this glutamine is very good. It doesn't taste of anything unlike some other ones I've tried so just add to your protein shakes and enjoy great recovery. The tub lid on mine split after a week though which is poor.
This gives me a greater recovery,Its easy to mix with a squash or in your protein shake. I do this througout the day and it keeps my muscle thick,and safe from being burnt off in my stressfull life
