Mixes well not too thick you can't drink it, massive bag which last a good 3 weeks def a good weight gainer! well worth a try!!!

Please advise which is the better product inner armour or mass-tech for rapid mass gain and would you recommend taking creatine with either product also
This all depends on individuals, however Inner Armours calorie content alone is 1277kcal which is a massive amount and perfect for building muscle mass. However the Mass-tech is 860kcal, which is a big hit of calories and could be made up with other meals which should form the base of your mass gaining phase. Creatine is definately recommended to help strength levels, build muscle mass and recovery.
Do i need to add any extra creatine and amino im going to bulkup for 10 weeks and will consume arround 3500calories my weight is 73kg
If you are taking 2 full servings a day then you are getting at least the maintenance level for creatine. If you are taking half servings then you may benefit from taking an extra 5g of creatine per day.
First 5 days ( loading phase ) you should be consuming 20g of creatine per day total in approximately 5g servings.
Day6+ you should be consuming 5-10g of creatine as a daily maintenance level.
