Take 3 capsules approximately ½ hour prior to your workout with 250 – 350ml of water. On non-workout days take 3 capsules in the morning. just bought today on 1st 3 capsule it made me go toilet twice lol, hope it works
hi, just wondered when the best time is to take these, as it says don"t take in the evening but sadly i have have to go to work and can"t get to the gym till 6pm many thanks.
It may be ok to take at 6pm however it has around 100mg of caffeine in per serving, so it depends on your tolerance. We would recommend you assess your tolerance to the product and see how you get on, if this keeps you awake then you could take this earlier in the day on en empty stomach.
