No, this product doesn't directly address increasing your body's production of testosterone but works through different anabolic effects and on growth hormone, etc.
Probably the best product for boosting your body's own testosterone after using steroids (SD Matrix is an illegal, poorly-studied steroid that is totally illegal in the UK by the way) is Animal Stak or T-Up. Animal Stak may be better because it also has ingredients to deal with excess estrogen and DHT and this may be helpful for a variety of reasons.

No one knows for sure how these products would interact with eachother. So while there is no reason to believe that they would be dangerous to take together, since they each have so many active ingredients, there may be a potential for side effects.
You would have to use these together at your own risk just because there is no way of telling if they can be safely stacked together.

M-Stack is more for muscle and strength gains. Humanogrowth boosts GH, so is good for muscle and strength but also for better sleep, recovery and for tendon joint strength.
