It's not possible to build muscle and lose fat as both require completely different diets. Building muscle will require your body to be in a surplus of calories by 500kcal a day. Whereas trying to lose bodyfat would mean being in a calorie deficit of 500kcal a day, thus resulting in a 3500kcal a week loss which is the equivalent to a 1lb of fat. I'd suggest bulk up until the size you are happy with, then you can consider dieting down.
Could you stack this product with a fat burner? Such as lipo 6 or hydroxycut?

I've just purchased this product, as well as Humano Growth and SuperCharge. On the box it says 'do not take with protein or amino acids'. When do i take it then, as i normally have a protein shake right after my workout? Do i take it say first thing in the morning, then perhaps before lunch and then right after the gym and delay taking my shake until say 45 minutes after my workout? What about Humano Growth, does it matter if I have a protein shake with it before I go to bed?
Hica-Max is best taken in between meals on an empty stomach before any protein shakes or amino’s are consumed. Humano growth can be taken with a protein source before sleep.

What is the best way to take this product i train @ 6a.m so do i take serving before and after and before my shake i also use size on so would this not work with this.

This product is more of a muscle gain/recovery product than a fat burner. You can take this product with virtually all other supplements. If fat loss is your goal, the most popular/best fat burners are Grenade, Hydroxycut and Lipo-6 Black (this last one is very strong, so if you haven't used such products before you should stick with one of the other two).
