Directions

Over priced, vile tasting supplement.

You can buy all the separate ingredients that are mixed in this tub, mix them yourself and it will last you a lot longer that this will for £/per-Grams

Hello ive tried alot of products including this when i first started training and gota say it dont compete with the best of em( phd whey ht mutant mass nirto tech ) but the taste aint bad compared to nitro tech but defintly not for me its two overpriced for the quality you get

Cyclone is good for lean mass gains. If you have difficulty gaining, then use something with more calories like Muscle Fuel Anabolic, Mass-Tech or Mutant Mass (add creatine to this last one).

Hi im a rugby player and want to bulk up a bit and get more muscle mass and stronger through pre-season. At the same time however, i dont want to gain a lot of weight as im a bit 'overweight' already. What would be the best product to use?

Cyclone or Synergy Iso-7 will both work very well for you. They are moderate in calories and carbs so shouldn't cause excess fat gains. If your metabolism is especially slow or you have trouble losing fat, use Nitro-Tech (it has very few carbs and calories but has the same or better muscle-building effects).

would this work if i were to take once a day after training?

It would likely take longer to see results but you'd still see results (but less dramatic). You may want to at least take 2 servings daily for the first 7 days or so to "load" and then cut it back to 1 per day to maintain. Ensure to take it at least once daily or you aren't likely to get good results though.

There don't seem to be any age restrictions on the product label and there aren't any ingredients that are considered to have negative side effects. As with any food or supplement, you must use at your own risk though.

Creatine has over 3000 scientific studies on it and has been the subject of several safety reviews. All of which concluded that there is no good evidence of side effects. 10 grams of creatine daily is not a safety concern and you only get a tiny amount (about 1 gram) per day from food.

Muscle Fuel Anabolic is too high in calories and carbohydrates to get cut, unless you have a fast metabolism or the rest of your diet is spot on. Cyclone is a great product, you could also try Synergy Iso-7, another excellent product.

You should notice solid results in strength and muscle gains within 2 weeks if you use it as directed (2 servings daily). Some people gain only 1 - 2 kilos but with proper training and diet, some gain up to a stone. Your results will likely be in between the two.

Cyclone is an All-in-One product. If your goal is to gain size though, it is not very high in calories. We would suggest trying our best selling, high calorie, All-in-One called Muscle Fuel Anabolic. These have to be taken at least once per day and twice per day for best results (at least twice on training days, with one serving immediately after training). The other serving can be taken any time of day. No Xplode ifs only to be taken before training (15 to 45 minutes before).

Firstly, try to get 2 grams of lean protein per kilo of your bodyweight, this speeds the metabolism, decreases hunger and helps you retain muscle when dieting. Taking several servings of a good quality protein shake makes this much easier to achieve. Try to get most of the rest of your calories from non-startchy vegetables and some fruit. Cut out sugar as much as possible. If you are in good health, you can try a fat-burner product like Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, Xedra Cuts, Grenade, etc. Ensure to follow the directions and start out with one capsule servings and gradually increase to a full serving if you are having no trouble tolerating it.

First of all, it is very difficult to gain muscle while burning fat. You have to be eating more calories than you burn to build muscle (unless you are just starting out or have been off your training for a while). So you need to decide, do you want to build muscle or lose fat? Most guys like to put on size this time of year and then get lean for holidays or in the summer.
However, with an all-in-one product you can make some quick gains without gaining too much fat because they all contain creatine and high-quality protein (but beyond the quick gains, you'll have to EAT to gain more muscle). The only thing you have to decide upon is how many carbs you need. If you gain fat easily, try Nitro-Tech for the leanest gains (this product is a whey protein but it contains creatine and other ingredients to promote muscle gains) because it is lowest in carbs. Cyclone and Synergy Iso-7 are similar but Iso has fewer carbs and more protein (and tastes better). For maximum gains from an All-in-one, try Muscle Fuel Anabolic with the most protein, carbs and a good whack of creatine. All of these products have additional amino acids and other ingredients to support growth and recovery.

Cyclone twice daily provides enough creatine, so no need to take more than this (not that it would be harmful but it would likely just be excreted in your urine ande therefore wasted). So feel free to switch to Promax. The only consideration is that the serving size of Promax contains less protein than Promax Extreme, so you may want to take larger or more frequent servings.

Cyclone does not contain any stimulant ingredients so it would be very unlikely to have any impact on your sleep. However, training shortly before bed can have the effect of keeping you awake.

Yes, these can be "stacked" together. Use Cyclone immediately after training and one other time during the day (minimum twice daily). The Promax Diet could also be used as another snack or to replace a meal if your goal is fat loss. Cyclone covers you for creatine, protein, amino acids, etc for recovery and muscle- and strength-building, whilst Promax Diet is an effective appetite suppressant and provides metabolic support due to its low-GI carbs, fibre, green tea, CLA and high protein levels.

Trying to get lean and build muscle at the same time leads to very little success at either.

Creatine has never been shown to have any effect on height and it would be unlikely to do so. Maltodextrin is a form of starch derived from corn. Starch is made up of long chains of sugars (as are all carbohydrates). Most maltodextrin is absorbed quickly and spikes blood sugar just like eating sugar. However, the good weight gainer products also contain other carbs sources, fibre and healthy fat ingredients to slow down absorption and so are easier on the gut and healthier. Maltodextrin is a great post-workout carb and combining it with protein and creatine helps to increase the retention of these nutrients in the muscle.

Cyclone is a blend of a good dose of high-quality protein, moderate carbs and creatine, with a few other muscle-building ingredients. As such, it should be an excellend lean mass gainer. The only reason I can see that someone may have told you it will make you bloated is that it contains creatine.
