Take 5g of Creatamax 300 daily mixed with your energy, protein or weight gain drink 4 times a day for the first 5 days. Thereafter, take 5g morning and evening (or after training) mixed as above. Runners, Athletes, Cyclists: For endurance, stamina and energy: Do not take a loading dose. This product has a best before end date 12/09 .. go figure how ur going to use 240 serving BEFORE END 12/09 ? ? Surely this should be made aware on the product before purchasing ?

Listen mate when I brought the product 3 days ago it was buy one get one free ....one tub =120 and 2 tubs = yes u guessed it 240 serving ...... and it was I who called this morning asking why is tbere no mention of it going out of date when ur selling 240 servings.? I came back from gym seen you changed the offer no longer buy one get one free and put in red lettering best before Dec ....... I don't appreciate been made to look stupid with ur answer ... so either please delete my questions or answer the above question .... thank-you
Please be very clear, I had no knowledge of the offer whatsoever until I got your e-mail, at which point I checked our website and sent the e-mail to you in good faith. I had no idea there was a 2 for 1 offer previously (I'm not the one who decides what offers are put on the site). If there was no mention of the "sell by" date then we apologize for this but I certainly didn't try to mislead you in any way!
I can't confirm if the date was given on the former offer (it is our policy to list this information on the site if a product is short-dated), so as a gesture of good will, feel free to return the goods for a full refund if you wish but like I said before, the creatine won't go off as long as you close the lid firmly and don't expose it to damp conditions between uses.

ryt im thinking of taking halo and whey protien is can u add some creatine powder to that aswel or is there no point
Unless you are taking a full serving of Halo every day, you should add creatine to the whey and Halo, as creatine has to be taken daily. Also, if you want the results faster, do a loading phase - 3 to 4 servings of about 5 grams per day for 5 days and then take at least 5 grams a day thereafter (especially after workouts and with at least 75 grams of carbs [dextrose/glucose, maltodextrin, vitargo, etc] and 20 - 40 grams of whey protein).

Unless you are taking a full serving of Halo every day, you should add creatine to the whey and Halo, as creatine has to be taken daily. Yes, creatine is a great addition to protein powders. For optimum mass-gaining results (better creatine uptake and retention in the muscle), take at least 60 grams of carbs with the shake.
