hi, i've been on cell tech for almost 10 weeks now, was curious as to how long it should be consumed for, on the tub says up to 12 weeks for best results, after which do i proceed to still take one scoop in morning or after training? or do i cycle it, take time off the supplement then start the cycle again with the loading phase or is just sticking with the 2 scoops everyday still as beneficial? cheers.

A lot of people do tend to just stick to the maintenance level throughout but also a lot of people have 1-3 weeks off and then go back on again to get the benefit of the sudden strength increase again. It is a simple case of trial and error but best to follow whatever instructions are on the containers.

Hi, I take Nitro-Tech as my protein for after i work out, which i think is a really good poduct. I have recently purchased Cell-Tech, but am unsure when to take it after the initial 7 day loading period. So far i have been taking the Cell Tech straight after my workout and then taking Nitro-Tech 15 minutes after that, would you advise anything different?

Unfortunately you do take it daily once you have passed the loading phase take one serving immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Take your protein first with only a small amount of water (around 200 ml) followed 5 mins after by Cell-tech if you can.

Unfortunately you cannot put on muscle mass and lose bodyfat at the same time. One requires a surplus of calories and the other requires a calorie deficit. Both are good products, however are taken at different times, Cell-Tech is taking after training to spike insulin levels up after a hard session, where as Size on Max is meant to be taken during training to keep energy levels topped up whilst keeping your body in an anabolic state.

Cell-tech is an awesome creatine product because it's coupled with simple sugars to ensure the maximum uptake of creatine into the muscles, however when dieting it probably is best to stick with a normal creatine monohydrate (creapure) and potentially use an Alpha Lipoic Acid product which mimics insulin activity by converting glucose into energy and is a very powerful universal antioxident.

Just take Nitro, followed by Cell right after training. If the flavour is acceptable to you, you could mix them together. As I said previously, you would have to add a leucine supplement (like Leukic) to this to get the same effects as Anator post-workout.

You will still be partially loaded (it takes 30 days for creatine levels to go back to baseline after stopping creatine). So double the dose for 2 or 3 days and you should be more than fine.

Cell-Tech is desinged to achieve maximum creatine and glycogen uptake into muscle cells and therefore logically contains a big dose of dextrose. 1 serving daily would be about 300 calories and only you can decide if you can compensate for those calories in your diet. Taking it after training and first thing in the morning on non-training days will avoid fat gain if your diet is good and you are training hard.
Halo has almost as many calories in a full, 3-scoop dose but is only taken on training days, so may be a better option in consideration of the above. However, creatine must be taken daily for optimum results.
