With Animal Stak you know you're taking it for 21 days but with T-UP how long are you supposed to keep going? Plus if you do the loading phase, you probably need to order 2 bottles or you'll run out of it too quickly, am I correct? Thanks
T-up black can be taken for a maximum of 12 weeks straight followed by a 4 week break. The first bottle will last you a shorter time than the second as you are already aware of the loading phase.
