Egg protein is the best alternative to whey and casein.
While hardly inferior in BV than whey, egg protein is superior to any other source, with pretty much all the benefits of whey.
This particular product is amazing, hands down. It's the only egg protein on the market that dissolves perfectly and tastes great in water (especially the vanilla flavour).
Very recommended... don't forget that it's nature's best protein source, as whey is a processed extract of milk protein.
Good protein powder, tatse nice andmixes well with shaker. but whey still is the best no doubt.
Excellent protien. Great taste and mixes easily. Ideal if you\'re lactose intolerant like me. Bit pricey compared to other protiens though.
