i cant believe i overlooked BCAA all these years 1 of the best products i have taken for my muscle....we often blame our asian genes for lack of progress and rapid muscle breakdown this is the answer...this product is amazing i have stronger muscle and noticed better muscle gain then i did the last few years...

I already take nano vapour pre workout and celltech power packs post workout , where should i fit these tabs in? can i take with a protein shake 2 or 3 times a day?
Also take straight after training and 1hr before training and one serving first thing in the morning.
How do i take these and how many tabs per day'
Take 2 caps, 2 or 3 times per day but you can exceed this because aminos are just the constituents of proteins. Perhaps take more on training days or when you haven't eaten much protein that day.
