Been using this for a month now and impressed with the results. Bought the vanilla flavour and tastes fine, add some peanut butter to it and it tastes loads better!
Use it before i go to bed, doesnt keep me up, doesnt bloat me. Keeps me full through the night and even for about half an hour after waking.
Have had decent gains (although its been combined with other supplements and a good diet so hard to tell how much its accountable for) and waking up with less muscle fatigue.
Bit pricey but you get what you pay for i suppose!
Had the vanilla flavour before bed - mixed well - like a thicker shake. Also found myself sleeping a lot better once started. def buying another tub
almost finish first tub(0.9KG). I mix it with ON WHEY PROTEIN. havent noticed any big improvement yet. I would like to try one more tub, to see how it goes.
Good taste (cookies & cream). Keeps you awake at night though,havent been taking it for long so dont know about gains.
