i hav just ordered this and wondered when the best time to take it is? i am currently on synergy phd aswell. i also wonderd if i cud bulk up more whilst taking carnitine.wud i hav to resort to creatine as i dnt realy wnt to or take whey protein or another all in one? cheers joe
Yes you can bulk up whilst taking carnitine. The best of those options for bulking is a high-calorie All-in-One (like Muscle Fuel Anabolic or a creatine-containing weight gainer like Mass-Tech).
