Summary

CNP Professional's Pro-Creatine E2 ethyl ester is creatine at the end stage of evolution. By bonding an ester to creatine, CNP have given it a lipophilic (fat penetrating) property. This has increased its bio availability over any other form of creatine by a staggering 3900%! This now means that any fluid retained will be in muscle cells, not under the skin. Dosages need only be a small percentage of conventional dosing protocols and there is no need to load and no down-regulation of creatine transporters. There's also no need to add simple sugars to create an "insulin spike", thus none of the potential gains in bodyfat associated with this approach. Best of all, there are none of the unpleasant side effects or damage to performance that can be experienced with existing forms of creatine. Now, all that can be gained from creatine supplementation is benefit.

Pro-Creatine E2 ethyl ester is 3900% more bioavailable than any other form of creatine. There is no need to load, take high dosages or even cycle off! CNP Professional's Pro-Creatine E2 contains:

Creatine ethyl ester is the most absorbable form of creatine. The ethyl ester is a delivery system that bypasses the need for creatine transporters (as mentioned below) and is delivered directly into the muscle cells. Once the creatine ethyl ester enters the muscle, the ethyl ester is simply removed by the estrases leaving creatine in its salt form. This results in water being pulled inside the muscle.

All other forms of creatine (except creatine ethyl ester) need transporters to enter the muscle. There are only a limited number of natural transporters in the body. This causes any creatine that is left outside of the muscle waiting for transporters to decompose into the waste product creatinine. Also while creatine waits outside the muscle it attracts water causing the puffy, bloated look.

Creatine attracts water from various parts of the body and is transported into the muscle cell. This hydrates the muscle making it stronger and increases ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) storage, allowing the muscle to contract more efficiently (faster and longer).

I havent been training too long, but I must say I do notice a huge difference when on this stuff! Noticed muscle gains from the first week, and my strength and endurance increased dramatically! I felt like I could push myself further every week.. where as without it I was struggling to make much progress in increasing my lifting weight.

Q & A

Q.

what servings should i take?

A.

Take 4 tablets twice per day (8 tablets in total). One serving to be taken in the morning and one serving in the afternoon. Take on non-training days and on training days.

Q.

So you suggest not to stop using reflex creapure while cutting? I dont want to be bloated. I m doing cardio 4 times in a week and i m trying to appear my abs as fast as i can. will creatine affect on that?

A.

Some people claim that creatine causes them to hold water but the research suggests that creatine only causes water retention in the muscle where you want it. Also, several bodybuilders (including world class ones) use creatine right up to shows and they look as lean and "dry" as can be. Although some do cut their creatine before shows in the belief that it makes them hold water.

Q.

Should I get E2 or Reflex Nutrition Creapure? I don't really want too much water on my body because I m doing lots of aerobics trying to burn fat.. Thanks

A.

CNP E2 is a fantastic creatine and some people agree it is the best form of creatine on the market.

This product has fantastic reviews and is highly rated.

With that said Creatin Monohydrate is the most widely used creatine on the market and there has been over 3000 studies done on this form of creatine alone and none of which show that creatine cause water retention anywhere but in the muscle.

So the research favours creatine monohydrate (Creapure) but many of our customers do swear by the Ethyl Ester form.

We would recommend trying both. See which one works best for you as each individual has different results.
