Quite simply, the cheapest, contaminant free fish oils I've found. I wouldn't say that it gives outstanding results, but if you've had joint problems or an injury, it's reassuring to take a quality fish oil that you know is free of harmful toxins and heavy metals. Don't trust the dirt-cheap fish oils you see in supermarkets - this is the one to get.
