Have no idea what the first reviewer was on about, as this is the best creatine product on the market....hands down! and ive pretty much used them all. This product is buffered creatine, meaning 100% of the product gets to the muscle without turning into creatines waste product; creatinine. Therefore you only need use a very minimal amount, which equates to less stress on the wallet. This is also mixed with black and white tea extract which results in a powerful product. I swear by it.

iv used kre-alkalyn since it came out and iv had great results. iv always woundered how they would top it. this version is even better.

These capsules don't contain a very large amount of creatine, so this would be fine to do.
Is it ok to mix Kre-alkalyn Pro and Kre-alkalyn ie Kre alkalyn on non training days and Pro on training days before training, followed by Kre - alkalyn after training. or is is better to stay with one or the other.

What is the difference between Kre-alkalyn Pro, and the std version Kre-alkalyn. I have been taking a all in one ( Synergy ) i would now like to change over to Pharma Whey and either of the above creatine to gain lean muscle mass. Thanks
Pro has a tea polyphenol-based stimulant in it to improve performance in the gym (and is taken before training only). The other is strictly a creatine product.
