Cant reccommed atlas enough, tried various shakes and stacks through the years but my lean gains on this have been remarkable highest bv protein in its class, this is what the REAL showstoppers look for not a tub with branch warren on the front promicing youll look like him in 3 weeks if you stack 39 of muscletechs products!! With my first comp coming up in 2013 this has definatly put me ahead in my field (frank zane would be proud) forget the gimmicks and false promices of other proteins buy this buy some branch chain aminos and train hard, youll get the rewards.
