As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Mutant Mayhem with 250-350mL of cold water and consume 10-15 minutes before training.
Ive tried all pre workout drinks and find that Mayhem is 1 of the best. I find that when you dont feel the "buzz" anymore, stop using it for a month and when you use it again, the "buzz" will return!

have used vmax pump which was good and also nuro core by muscle tec. mayhem dosent give you tingle but this has great taste and makes you get threw a hard 2 hour workout without feeling tired. have orded more and will stay with it.
I found this having been my first pre workout supplement i took to be effective that i was pulling out more reps during weights, found a explosiveness inside me during intense cardio workouts too, and for 14.99 = 45 servings you cant go wrong, blue rasperry flavour is good.
This was the first pre-workout supplement that i have tried, so didnt really know what to expect. I think my expectations might have been too high, especially when you consider the price compared to other similiar products. Didnt really feel any of the supposed effects, so will probably try an alternative in the future.

Take the Mayhem 15 minutes before training. It depends who you ask but I think Grenade 50 Calibre is the best of the bunch.
Can I use this and USN creatine x4 together?
And what do I use the small sashe in the tub of mayhem for?
Yes, you can use these together. The little packet is, I believe, to suck up excess moisture in the pack. Is it about the size of the tip of your little finger and looks like a little cotton bag? If so then it is a moisture catcher to keep the product from chunking up.
How does this compare with mutant rage? I have tried rage before and found it good but looking to change.
Very similar in terms of formula and results. Mayhem is the newer, slightly better formula.
after taking mayhem for 8 weeks how long do you come off it till you start taking again
You don't necessarily have to "come off" of this product. Some people opt to cycle the product if they are feeling the effects less after a sustained period of use however if the effects are still present for you, you are fine to continue using the product. If the effects start to diminish you can choose an alternate product and then once that has finished you can hop back onto Mutant Mayhem.
