good protein content and not a lot of liquid, the fruit punch is ok, but the orange blast is like drinking orange juice that has gone off, plus in every bottle i got a horrible mouthful of crystalised gunk at the bottom of the bottle....horrible
I've been looking into the RTDs like Carnivor and Isopure. due to the fact that any standard protein shake i've had has not agreed with my stomach. would this be a good alternative source of protein? what kind of feedback have you had? Im currently on O.N BCAAs, Halo and Jack3d and feel i need to have a protein product.
You could be sensitive to milk proteins or something I suppose - which would make the Carnivor a perfect alternative but the only way to find out would be to try it.

Hi! What would you recommend me taking together with this post-workout for carbs and creatine? Anabolic Halo, Cell-tech or something else?
For maximum fast gains, Cell-Tech may be slightly better, although Halo may give you slightly better recovery - Either will work very well. Take the Carnivore right after training followed by the Cell or Halo.
