I depend on "protein water" products as my primary source of supplemented protein, so I'm always looking for a decent new product.
My current stable is whey refresh by reflex, which is a good product (pretty much identical stats to this one) although the taste isn't perfect and it will leave you with a dodgey after taste.
This product destroys reflex on taste. The cranberry flavour is amazing. It literally tastes like cranberry water and nothing else. Its delicious.
Unfortunately, is the improvement in taste worth an extra eighty pence a bottle? I don't really think so, especially since the nutritional value apart from that is pretty much spot on.
Shame PhD couldn't drop the price just a little more, but right now its just not economical against what reflex is offering.
