Delivery
Standard Recorded Delivery is free for all UK mainland addresses. Items will be able to be tracked and must be signed for upon receipt.
TropicanaFitness.com also offer the option to upgrade to a Priority Delivery service for just £3.00.
Please allow 2-3 working days for Standard Recorded Delivery. 90% of these deliveries should reach the customer within 2 working days. Orders received before 3.00pm will be despatched the same day. All orders are shipped by an independent courier.
All orders shipped on Priority Delivery service (£3.00) will be shipped by an overnight courier. Providing your order is placed before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday, it will reach you the following day between 8am and 5.30pm. All orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will reach you by 5:30pm Monday at the latest.
PLEASE NOTE: VERY OCCASIONALLY CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TRACK THEM WITH OUR DELIVERY COMPANY AS SOON AS WE CAN, BUT DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.
Delivery via our courier company will be attempted twice. After this, if the parcel is returned to us, customers may be charged for the parcel to be sent out again. Any non-collected consignments may also be charged.

SMS Notification:
By giving us your mobile number when entering your personal details, you will receive a text message to confirm your order has been despatched. You will also receive a message once your order is out for delivery. If this date is not convenient, you can follow the instructions given within the text message to reschedule the delivery.
E-mail Notification:
By giving us your e-mail address when entering your personal details, you will receive an e-mail confirming the package has been despatched and the delivery date.

Returns Policy
Subject to your right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part we will be happy, where applicable, to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and provide you with a freepost address for return of the goods.
To return a faulty item please telephone our call centre 0845 345 0916 or e-mail customerservices@tropicanahealthandfitness.com for return authorisation and details of our FREEPOST address.
Your right to cancel, or the 'Cooling Off' period, is 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
