How to order

Ordering from TropicanaFitness.com couldn't be easier - Once you have chosen a product, simply select the flavour / size (where appropriate), then select how many units you'd like. Once you've made your selection simply click on the 'Add To Basket' button. You can then continue browsing or proceed directly to the checkout.

You will then be able to view the contents of your basket. You will also be able to amend quantities, delete items as required or, if you wish, simply continue shopping. Once you're ready to proceed with your order you need to decide where you wish us to ship your goods and the cost of postage will be automatically added to your order. Please note for mainland UK there are now two options: standard free shipping (3 working days) or priority delivery (1-2 working days). Once you've decided which option is right for you please Proceed To Checkout.

Before we can process your order you will need to hold an account with TropicanaFitness.com - if you already hold one please enter your email address and password. If you do not currently hold an account please complete the brief form to set up an account with us. All customers wlll need to hold an account to take advantage of our Loyalty Points scheme.

You will then be asked to complete your address details. It is necessary for you to include your e-mail address so that we can e-mail confirmation of your order and details regarding returns, cancellation, etc. Once completed you will then be given the option to redeem any Loyalty Points you have accrued.

You will then be taken to a final confirmation page where you will be asked to review all of your details and your order. This is the last stage at which you have the option to amend your basket's contents. If you're happy to proceed simply click on Proceed To Payment. You will then be taken to a Protx secure payment page to enter your payment details. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Upon completing the order process you will receive an email confirming your order, which also details your rights regarding returns, cancellation, etc. All orders are shipped within 24 hours and should be with you within your chosen timeframe.
