Summary

The #1 selling training pak in the world for twenty four years straight. Since 1984, more competitive bodybuilders have cut their teeth on the Animal Pak than any other bodybuilding supplement in history. Why? Simple. Animal Pak gets the job done. It works. First time. Last time. Every time.

Nature, in all her ingenuity, has designed the human body as the ultimate performance machine. Fact is, since the dawn of mankind, our bodies have changed very little. When it comes to feeding our muscles, we still need the nutrients we get from our diets. But when it comes time to grow our muscles in a freakish way, we need the right combination and mega-doses of essential amino acids, carbs, vitamins and minerals. Only Animal Pak has what you need. You’re the kind of primal beast who trains with Animal intensity. You need plenty of the above, plus that little something extra only Animal Pak provides. That’s why we’ve also loaded the Animal Pak with performance optimizers such as lipotropics, L-arginine, Uni-Liver, eleuthero, and the like. In every pak, you’re blasted with a dizzying array of over 60 key ingredients which are delivered in the right amounts at the right time, every time.

Each of the 11 tablets included in each pak has been specifically formulated to deliver the goods. By taking the Animal Pak, you prevent the formation of nutritional gaps. Why should you care? The greater your training intensity, the faster and larger these gaps grow over time. When this happens you eventually hit a plateau. You stop growing. Maybe you’ve already hit this wall. To make matters worse, if you take other supplements, these same gaps begin to render those expensive supplements useless. Many of today’s supplements rely on enzymes and other substances in your body to “activate” them. Nutrititional gaps mean these key activators may not function at all, so you may be wasting all of your hard-earned money on supplements that won’t or can’t work.

Consider the Animal Pak as the cast iron skillet of your supplement program, your body’s first line of defense. If you train with weights, then you absolutely need to train with the Animal Pak. Remember, while most supplements have come and gone, precious few have stood the test of time. When you’re ready for the best, step up to the most trusted name in serious bodybuilding nutrition: Animal Pak.

Q & A

Q.

The seems to be a high amount of vits in this product is it safe to have such high amounts?

A.

High-dose vitamin/mineral supplements can lead to minor vitamin toxicities (as can certain foods like liver, carrots, certain fish oils, etc) if taken long term. So you may want to cycle Pak every day for a month or two and then every other day for the same time frame.

If you do not have a good varied diet, taking one pack or two a day would be OK. If your diet does consist of a variety of fruit and vegetables, etc then taking a pack every other day may be suitable.

Remember always to read the product label and follow instructions carefully.

Q.

hi i was wondering if i can take animal pak with gaspiri myofusion before the gym and will the shake count as me having something in my stomach

A.

Protein doesn't provide any energy for training, this will primarily come from carbs. So if you are having trouble with energy or getting a good pump during workouts , then add some carbs in.
As far as Animal Pak, as long as you feel ok during workouts, it's fine to take then. However, multis are generally better absorbed when taken with a meal.

Q.

Is taking this first thing in the morning a good time along with oats and USN muscle fuel anabolic. cheers

A.

Yes, fine. You can take it with any meal - just preferably don't take it on an empty stomach

Q.

I use USN muscle fuel anabolic and USN pure protein and also super pump 250 on a daily basis. I think I alreay get all the amino acids and vitimans that I need from these products or would I benefit from using this animal pack aswell

A.

Those supplements aren't a particularly strong source of vitamins and minerals but if your diet is also fairly high in fruits and veg, then you shouldn't need an additional supplement. If not, you could use Pak once every other day.

Q.

I take animal pak last thing before bed along with animal flex, I normally take it with a protein shake of some sort with the Amino Acid Complex in the pak will this be too much for me to absorb at one time and should I leave it some time before taking the two? Will the pak cover me for amino/bcaa’s?

A.

Pak is basically a very complete multi with some other added support ingredients, aminos, etc. Multis should always be taken with the biggest meal of the day (just before).
Probably best taking Flex with a small meal, shake or empty stomach.

Pak is not a full amino/BCAA

Q.

Hi Can use this product with charger fat burner and cyclone ? Thank you

A.

Yep, no problems.

Q.

hi im going to start doing p90x and im thinking to take Animal Pak, is it for recovery after exercise. im going to take 1 per day can i also take Whey protein with it every day.

A.

It depends upon your goals - are you trying to gain muscle or lose fat? How good is your diet (protein, fruit, vegetables)?

Generally, protein + a multi + creatine is the best place to start.

Q.

How long does the 15/44/88 pak last please?

A.

Generally, you take one pack a day either with breakfast or with your biggest meal.

Q.

Would it be safe if i take Animal Pak, Extreme nutrition carbs + pro-6, a creatine product, extreme aminos, flaxseed oil all at once (in one day) or shoudl i change some of my supplements?

A.

Those products all work differently, so they are great to stack. Take the Pak with your biggest meal. Take the Aminos pre-training. Mix the others together in a shake and take right after training. You can also have 1 or more additional shakes with enough protein and calories to keep you gaining. Also note that some research is now showing that fish oil is more effective than flax.

Q.

I'm thinking of getting these but I don't know if I should get Multi-Pro 32x, Opti-men or Animalpak can you recommend me? and should I take flax oil/ omega 3 with multi vits?

I need a multi vit as I'm always on a diet and don't always get veg/fruit in.

A.

Animal Pak is considered the best multi for bodybuilders and contains virtually everything you need and also including some aminos, herbs, etc. You should also have a fish oil product (or flax but you have to take more) if you don't get 2 or 3 servings of oily fish per week.
You should still try to get as much fruit and veg in your diet as possible, as no multi can replace all of the qualities of fruti and veg.

Q.

hey, would this fit into a supplement programme consisting of whey protein and creatine monohydrate, and is this product suitable and authorised for natural bodybuilding shows

A.

Yes. Whey, creatine and a multivitamin/mineral are probably the 3 most important supplements, so congrats on making the right choices. This product doesn't contain any banned ingredients, so it's probably fine. However, unless the product has a logo which says "Drug Screened" or "Doping Free" or words to this effect, you can't be 100% sure that it doesn't contain a tiny amount of banned substance (this is because if products are manufactured in the same facility as a "legal" hormone product, it could contain enough for you to fail a test). I know EAS and Maximuscle do have this testing done on their products.

Q.

hi is animal pack suitable for vegetarians? or is ther any multivitamins that are similer to animal pack that are suitable ?? thanks

A.

No, this product contains liver extract (a highly-concentrated source of various vitamins and nutrients). Another potent multi blend we would recommend is MuscleTech Anabolic Vitakic, which doesn't list any animal ingredients.

Q.

I am taking animal pak everyday last thing before bed and taking flex at the same time is the any problem with this? do I need to cycle and is it worth taking zma with this stack as its in the pak?

A.

These are fine to take together. No nee to take ZMA along with this, as Pak has more than enough of the same ingredients. Take Flex either whey you have a joint injury (or tenderness, etc) or when you are in a particularly heavy period of training.

Q.

Is the minimum requirement 1 pack per day? It says minimum of 1 on the Animal website & 2 on Tropicana fitness.

A.

Yes, you can take only one per day. It all depends upon whether you get several servings of fruit and vegetables and don't eat a lot of junk food. If you do, then you may want to up the dose to two paks per day on days when you eat poorly.

Q.

Will you be getting animal test for sale?

A.

We should get Animal Test in the near future but it has to be re-formulated for the UK, as its present formula has ingredients that cannot be legally imported into the UK. If you try to import it as it is or order it on-line, it can get seized by customs and you will lose your money.
See the article -
http://www.tropicanafitness.com/view/v/article/a/53 - for the fascinating story of fat burners and what works.

Q.

do you get the animal sticker for your hoodie in the tub

A.

This must be a promotion that isn't offered in the UK, as we are the official UK imported for Universal and Animal brands and we haven't heard of it.

For the best bodybuilding information online, see the Tropicana "ALL NEW Article Section" - http://www.tropicanafitness.com/view/v/articles - it contains excellent information to ensure that you avoid the pitfalls of using the wrong training, supplements and nutrition.

Q.

i have a OK diet im in very good shape ive been using instant mass but now want a change i still want to grow and most importantly keep gains ive made what products would you reccomend? was thinking of pharma whey but that is very low in carbs also was thinking of stacking with this , carbo charge or methoxy 7 test what would you reccoment

A.

As I said, Ben, the 3 best ways to keep your gains are ensuring protein and calories are high, taking creatine, and weight training (doing several sets in the 8 to 12 repetition range). Also, make sure you take a big whack of whey protein, carbs and creatine right after your workouts (at least 20 grams protein, 75 grams carbs and 5 grams creatine). One of the best "pure gainer" stacks is Nitro-Tech with Cell-Tech (or you can use another whey product with Cell-Tech). This is the perfect post workout drink also - a Nitro (or other whey) shake and then a Cell-Tech.

Q.

are these a limited time offer once their gone their gone.

A.

There is an offer only on the 88-pak - and you're correct - when they're gone they're gone!

Q.

which would be better for someone 3 months in bodybuilding, already taking kre alkalyn tablets and wanting to gain as much mass as possible, animal pak or animal pump??

A.

If your diet isn't high in meat, eggs, essential fats (fish), fruits and vegetables, then the Animal Pak is the best choice as it ensures that any gaps in essential vitamins and minerals are filled. Lack of any single vitamin or mineral can limit progress in the gym.

If you feel your diet is high in all of these components, then the Animal pump is a well-formulated pre-workout product, which provides a blast of energy, along with creatine, nitric oxide boosters, antioxidants and insulin sensitisers.

Above all, if you want to gain mass, eat as much as possible and if you're not gaining, look into a weight gainer supplement.
