i stand by what i said earlier.
I cant believe i didn't use multi-vitamins earlier. After several hours in the gym i would usually lose all my muscle density and strength almost instantly. This product helps me to mantain muscle density. so i feel like i just got out the gym all day long...so i have the positive post workout feeling all day..i also noticed better performance and results with the weightlifing (more definition and tone)...and the ability to train harder...!!
i would recommend this product to anyone who thinks they have "bad gene"...like i did !!....CONSISTANT USE AND GOOD DIET AND WORKOUT REGIME AND YOU WILL SEE GREAT RESULTS !!!
I was on a fat loss diet and had to reduce my food intake...i developed spot and acne due to lack of nutrition. I finally decided to add multi-vitamin to my diet. BEST DECISION I MADE !!! I look healthier and improved my skin condition after a week...i have more energy and almost all the spots on my face have been reduced...it is a little pricey..and hard to swallow on a regular basis as each serving contains 11 pills....BUT WELL WORTH IT !!!

Animal pak is just a strong multi-vitamin which will keep vitamin and nutrient stores at their optimum peak whilst struggling to maintain those from just diet and in part due to intense exercise, so it wouldn't effect male pattern baldness. However, test-booster can potentially although not necessarily at a drastic rate, we'd recommend looking for a product with DHT Blockers such as Animal Stak. As this will slow down/halt male pattern baldness.
hi there, I'm using this product and its amazing ,its works, only one thing i wanna ask when I'm in gym and I'm doing exercise my muscles r so tired and no strength,,any solution?
This could be due to many reasons. Not having enough fuel in the tank to see you through? Going heavy to early which depletes your strength levels a lot faster? Not using a pre-workout product?
I would suggest consuming a complex carb meal around 2 hrs prior to training and consumption of a pre-workout product like Dorian Yates NOX-PUMP 15min before you hit the gym. This should do the trick.

Which multivitamin product is better, Animal Pak or Muscletech Anabolic Vitakic?
These are probably the two most comprehensive vitamin/mineral/nutrient support products.

Do you take this every day even days you dont work out?
This totally depends upon your diet and how often and intensely you train.
If your diet is not very high in fruits, veg, fish and meat, then you may want to take it 7 days per week (with your largest meal). If you also train very hard, you may want another serving on training days. If your diet is good, then more like 5 days per week (including on training days).

Bovine liver is a very nutrient dense form of nutrients and protein.
None of the tablets are gelatin.
There are no ingredients that would be expected to have negative effects, besides mild side effects that can occur from long-term use of strong multi-vitamin/mineral products. Read the label and if any of these occur, just discontinue use of the product (it has a 100% guaruntee).
