Description
BCAA 1000 contains a potent balance of Branched Chain Amino Acids which are building blocks of muscle mass and size. Metabolized directly in the muscle, BCAAs, may improve nitrogen retention by sparing other amino acid groups for repair and rebuilding. The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's), so named because of their unique branched chemical structure, are essential in that the body cannot make them from other compounds. In recent times, these amino acids have been investigated for their potential anti-catabolic (preventing muscle breakdown) and anabolic (muscle building) effects.

Q&A
Q can I take these with other forms of proteins, like shakes or meals or would they interfear with there amino content and some of these products specify that they are already in a perfect amino ratio. should I take them totally on there own. Bit confused.
A

Yeah they are designed to be taken with anything or on their own. You will benefit from doing both.

Q Hi I was wondering a few things... I work out and also run a lot , Is this ideal for me ? I don't take any pre-workouts ( maybe the occasional red bull before hand ) does it matter? also , if I take this, how many times a day should I take it and for how long should I take these? Once I start taking it , what should I try to avoid to eat? Thanks, your knowledge really helps.

BCAAs provide essential amino acids that can help support lean muscle tissue growth and preserve muscle mass; because of this, I would consider them highly recommendable. Please also consider the importance of a well-balanced diet in general; in particular, your intakes of Zinc and Vitamin B6 which aid the transportation of amino acids to the muscle cells. If taking BCAAs, it is likely that a pre-workout supplement will not be necessary. Taking two capsules twice daily (pre and post-workout) should be sufficient. There is no time limit assigned to taking BCAAs - you can take them as an ongoing supplement if you wish; they will help to reinforce your protein (essential amino acid) intake. I hope you find this information useful.

Q I already take nano vapour pre workout and celltech power packs post workout , where should i fit these tabs in? can i take with a protein shake 2 or 3 times a day?
A

Also take straight after training and 1hr before training and one serving first thing in the morning.

Q I take Craze (w/creatine) as my pre workout and Whey for my protein... Will these BCAA's help with my weight loss?
A

Good Morning, The main purpose of BCAAs is to support lean muscle tissue growth, and to help preserve this lean muscle tissue. They will not aid the weight loss process per say, though they will help to increase muscle mass, which can assist in maintaining your metabolism. It is also important to consider that your general diet is healthy, and that you are getting adequate intakes of vitamins and minerals; in particular, Zinc and vitamin B6, which aid in transportation of amino acids to the muscle cells. I hope this information is useful to you.
