"I'm a competition climber, so I spend much of my time training. After a tough session I'd find my body was sore for days after, no matter how much protein I took in.

That is where this product comes in. I only discovered it a few months ago but since then I rarely ache the next day, and not at all the day after that (no matter how brutal the session before is).

Taste is good, mixability is good...the nuclear orange colouring is a little off putting ;) but on the whole this is an amazing product well worth the cost.

If you have problems with soreness/recovery - get this."

"I used to have terrible aching problems days after a work-out and it was really affecting my training. I bought this, and it's brilliant.

The BCAA's and Glutamine really help with my recovery, and now I don't ache at all the next day.

I'm 12.5st, and mix 3 scoops with 500-600ml of water and sip during my workout. Mixes really easily in a shaker. Taste is really good whilst your training.

Only gave 4/5 as it supposedly should give a pump, but I don't experience that."

Q hi. i was wondereding im allready on creatine and mass tech would i benefit more if i came of creatine and went onto bcaa power punch? because i know mass tech has amino in allready.

For gaining mass, the best two product categories are weight gainers and creatine. Two daily servings of Mass-Tech has all the creatine you'll need but if you only take one serving daily, you'd need to take more creatine for the first several days to get maximum results. BCAAs are great to take especially before but also after training but don't drop creatine to take BCAAs.

Q hi. im allready on mass tech and creatine. would i benefit more if i came on creatine and went onto bcaa power punch? becuase know mass tech includes creatine and aminos in allready. and how many servings would you recommend a day?

Q i take muscle fuel anabolic,would it be ok to take bcaa power punch during a training session and to mix creatine powder with the muscle fuel anabolic and take straight after?

BCAA power punch would be better off used around 30-60 minutes prior to training, although studies do show an essential amino acid product will be much more beneficial pre-training. BCAA products have a much greater effect taken post-training. Muscle fuel anabolic already contains the right amount of creatine needed for a single serving uptake so no additional creatine is needed. Please follow manufactures directions of use.

Q I know the directions state Sip Prior ,During and After .I use 1 scoop USN GH Hardcore Whey Pre Workout and 2 Scoops Post Workout .Would you suggest taking BCAA power punch during my workout or Pre Workout or Post Workout as I am using Hardcore Whey Pre and Post workout ?Any advise would be helpful .

  Considering you use Hardcore Whey GH as a pre and post-training supplement, you could opt to use BCAA Power Punch simply as an intra-workout product.
