Description
Extreme Carbs is a 100% pure complex carbohydrate powder, with no sweeteners, no thickeners, no additives, just slowly released low glycemic energy. Why unsweetened and unflavoured? Extreme Nutrition wanted this to be as pure and unaltered as possible. Making it sweet by using a simple carbohydrate dramatically increases the chance of fat storage due to simple carbohydrates causing your body to release the hormone insulin which often causes the body to store carbohydrates as fat if not all burned off during exercise.

Extreme Carbs are slowly absorbed over time by the body giving you a slow and steady supply of energy which endurance athletes and especially ectomorphs need. Extreme Carbs come in a big value 2.5kg tub.

"Extreme Carbs is a great add-on to any post workout shake; it mixes well with any other powder and doesn't affect its flavour as it has a neutral taste. Good value and great to have in good supply!"

Q&A
Q Hi guys how much running should i do where i dont lose muscle but dont put on fat? as i do a lot of weights and dont want to lose muscle although have a tight stomach
A

Do enough cardio to lose about 1/2 to 1 kilo per week maximum, any more may cause undue muscle loss.

Q How many times a day should i take extreme nutrition carbs?
A

How long is a piece of string? It all depends on your requirements for carbs and the goals your using it for.

Q How much water do you need to use to mix up 50g of maltodextrin so it all mixes in?
A

You will probably need at least 250ml of water but if this still appears too thick or doesn't mix properly, just add more water. Keep in mind that maltodextrin can come in numerous forms, some of which are easy to mix and some are more difficult.

Q Can you use with milk on its own or with milk with another protein mix
A

Extreme carbs can be mixed into any liquid you like as they completely dissolve into a flavourless mixture.
