Q&A
Q Will this creatine offer support to my amino acids?
A

Creatine will help with muscular endurance and a potential increase in strength. Where the Amino acids come into it is after your training session you would need to replenish lost aminos during the session to help rebuild muscle tissue or build new tissue.

Q Is CNP's creatine from alzchem germany (creapure) or is it from another source? thank you for help
A

CNP do not list their source of creatine on the label but their website states that they DO use Creapure. Tropicana brand, Sport Pharma & Reflex creatine all use Creapure creatine also.
