Can you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that somebody will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier service will deliver to the delivery address and not the person.

Please note: All orders received go through strict fraudulent checks and therefore your order may be delayed if we cannot get in contact with you to verify your details.

We're improving our delivery service by giving you more control over when you receive your parcel.

Not a good time?

You can reply to the interactive text and ask for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or delivered the next day. For even more control, the text you receive will include a web link that lets you track the exact location of your delivery driver, letting you know when they're just 15 minutes away - perfect if you suddenly find you need to nip out for a pint of milk.

The online hub will also let you change your delivery day and see the name of who signed for the delivery, which is great if you've asked the driver to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

In the unlikely event of our courier facing unforeseen delays such as weather issues, road closures, accidents, system failures or depot issues we will always do everything possible to attempt delivery, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will be subject to a delay.
