"Although you do feel full up after using this product it is no way near as good as the Maximuscle product. I bought the banana flavour which was disgusting. I dont know how they can say it is banana flavour! It tastes nothing like it! If the flavours were improved this product would be worth getting as it is a very good price."

"Nice Tasting, Great Value!"

"Previously I have used the Atlas Whey Protein (chocolate) which is one of my better tasting shakes I have had. This being the case I decided to give this MRP a go, expecting a similar if not identical taste. Boy was I wrong, this stuff tastes terrible, It had me heaving after the first sip. I do not recommend the Chocolate Malt flavor to anyone, it's down right repulsive."

Q How do i use this? Do i just have this instead of a normal meal and can i use animal cuts or grenade thermo with it? thanks

You can use this product in place of a meal but only consume 1-2 servings a day and then have 1 or 2 meals. There is no problem using this with the fat burner products you mentioned.

Q ive been using the herballife MR shakes to lose weight, an they are good, just a little expensive, will this product help do the same thing? im also going the gym an playing football as my workouts

Lean Mass MRP is designed as a meal replacement, therefore, it is likely to have a similar formula to the brand you mention. However, I personally feel that meal replacements do not provide a long-term solution to successful weight loss that can be maintained. As a general guideline, I feel it is best to make realistic modifications to your diet and develop healthy eating habits, using MRPs to substitute a maximum of one meal per day. MRPs can be used (and perhaps work more effectively) to bridge nutritional gaps between meals, provided that your diet is otherwise healthy and balanced, and you are exercising regularly. I hope you consider the above information helpful.
