"Overall the nutritional value of this product is solid, the taste is a little off putting at first, but I was able to implement it into my diet. Bought 3-4 tubs at a time, but now my taste buds are completely rejecting it, the thought and smell of this makes me gag. Which is unfortunate as this is a good product, just shame about its strange flavour."

"I take 4 scoops after work out which cover my protein and carbs intake. Good product-taste is ok, mixes well. Only if they make it in a bigger tub."

"Nice blend to cover protein, carbs and creatine. Mixes well and is a solid all in one. Main downside is cost as at 2 doses per day a tub will only last you a week."

Q how much liquid am I supposed to mix my 2.5 scoops of lava with?and do I use water or milk? regards James.

150 to 350 millilitres - depending how sweet you want it - less water makes it more sweet.

Q how do i mix it with what and how much??

  Directions for use are not actually specified on the product’s label – it is simply advised that a serving be taken post-training. I would suggest adding one serving (2.5 scoops; 83g) to enough liquid to mix to a drinkable consistency.
