During short duration, high intensity exercise your muscles produce a large amount of lactic acid which is known to alter the acidity of your muscle which is responsible for developing fatigue. Because beta-alanine helps produce carnosine, which is responsible for buffering the acidic effects of lactic acid during exercise it may play a part in supporting exercise performance. "This is the 3rd pre workout Ive tried (BSN no explode, and mutant mass before). I wouldnt want to workout without this in my bottle.

It gives you a great pump/focus, I dont find I get dehydrated during a workout and feel like I have the energy to push to the end.

Rasberry tastes great, and mixes well. On my second pack now, and will buy again."

Q can i take this with monohydrate creatine?

Yes, you can. Creatine is best taken twice daily – approximately 2-3g at each sitting, and preferably with a high carb. meal or drink, to aid maximum absorption.
