This is 25 Grams of High-Quality Protein in a Tasty, East-To-Mix Shake, Formulated for Athletes and Active People.

People who train hard demand a superior and more effective protein. To maximise lean muscle growth and recovery ensuring proper protein utilisation, MusclePharm® scientists fortified Combat Protein Powder® with a variety of protein blends that digest at varying rates—this helps fuel your muscles longer. The great-tasting, easy-mixing digestive blend is fine-tuned for true nutrient utilisation – a step ahead in protein powder technology. Most other protein products seem to be okay with the status quo, the minimum. But ask yourself: do you give your workouts minimum effort?
Combat Protein Powder® is precision-engineered with whey protein concentrates, hydrolysates and isolates, egg albumin, and micellar casein. These help create a muscle-building environment for longer periods of time, which results in greater muscle building, recovery and performance.

"So, my top flavours from best to least:

1) Cookies & Cream/Vanilla
2) Chocolate
3) Strawberry Cheesecake/Triple Berry
4) Cinnamon Bun

This product has great flavours, though they are a little too sweet for me, so I tend to add more milk than recommended to balance the sweetness out. The vanilla-based flavours and Chocolate tasted great; but I did not care much for flavour three and four; Cinnamon Bun is a major flop in my opinion... simply far too sweet. Personally I liked Combat better with milk because the taste and consistency was more like melted ice cream, but water works just as well. It mixes very easily in a shaker and doesn't leave lumps/pockets of powder. It also makes delicious protein waffles.

Overall, I did see good progress whilst using it. It is definitely a delicious, all-rounded protein source, which I would recommend to others."

"Rally good stuff. Helps me recover quickly and I am seeing results. I bought the cookies and cream and unlike other reviewers I don't like it! It just tastes sweet and artificial - not particularly like cookies. My partner has the Orange Creamsicle which is better. Won't put me off the product, just the flavour. Want to try Mint Choc Chip next."

"I got the Banana Cream flavour, and it tastes amazing, and blends in seconds with no lumps, I've only been using it a week so can't say too much about results but i do think its working, definitely recommended"

"I find the cookies and cream shake tastes like a really good milkshake you get in fastfood restaurants, it's by far my favorite whey. I'll definitely be buying this again."

"I usually stick with another brand of supplement however I thought I would try MusclePharm based on positive product reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I mix my protein with milk and find this product mixes really well, isn't lumpy and tastes nice as some protein powders sometimes have a weird taste. I will defiantly be using MusclePharm again."
